The BELLA Apartments is a redevelopment of the Historic Brightwood School. A collaborative effort between two experienced developers, MPZ Development and Capstone Communities Development, and the trusted local non-profit New North Citizens Council. Together, we are committed to creating affordable senior housing that honors the Brightwood neighborhood’s legacy while addressing a critical need for quality, accessible housing for Springfield’s seniors.
